Mary E. Brevard is Vice President, Investor Relations, for the global powertrain systems supplier. Her responsibilities include all aspects of investor relations and public affairs strategies and activities. She is a member of the company's Strategy Board, serves on the BorgWarner Foundation and is head of its Contributions Committee.

She joined BorgWarner in 1997 as Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications. Her more than 30 years of experience before joining BorgWarner includes investor relations, communications and marketing positions with both capital goods and financial services firms. These include Johnson Controls, Sensient, Gehl Company and American Appraisal Associates.

She is a graduate of Marquette University, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
