William C. "Skip" Cline is vice president of Acquisition Coordination and Special Projects of BorgWarner Inc.

Mr. Cline was named vice president and controller in March 1993. Previously, he served as the assistant controller for BorgWarner. Mr. Cline joined BorgWarner in 1982 from Arthur Young & Company, a national public accounting firm, now Ernst and Young.

Mr. Cline holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Duke University and a MBA degree from Northwestern University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
