Anthony D. Hensel is Vice President and Treasurer, BorgWarner Inc.

He most recently served as Vice President of Business Development and Acquisitions, BorgWarner Inc.

Prior to that, he was Vice President, Finance, for BorgWarner Morse TEC, from 1999 - 2002.

Mr. Hensel joined the company in 1986 as senior accountant - consolidations. He has held the positions of staff auditor, audit manager, and plant controller. In 1998 he became finance director for BorgWarner Turbo Systems in Kirchheimbolanden, Germany.

Prior to joining BorgWarner, Mr. Hensel held accounting positions at Alberto Culver Co.

Mr. Hensel holds a bachelor's degree in accountancy from Northern Illinois University, DeKalb, Illinois.
