Mr. Alfred Weber is a Vice President of BorgWarner Inc. and President and General Manager of BorgWarner Morse TEC. He also serves as a Vice President of BorgWarner Inc. and on the on the Supervisory Board of Beru AG.

He served as President of BorgWarner Emissions/Thermal Systems from 2003 to August of 2005. Prior to that he was Vice President, Passenger Car Operations, BorgWarner Turbo Systems in Kirchheimbolanden, Germany. He also served as plant manager of that operation, from 1994 to 1998.

Prior to joining BorgWarner, Mr. Weber was Director of Purchasing Logistics at AG KKK from 1989 to 1994. He served as a Captain in the German Air Force from 1977 to 1989.

Mr. Weber holds a diploma in business administration from the University of Munich, Munich, Germany. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
